Mumbai Attack : : Al Quida Succedded
Dear Friends,
In first sight Mumbai attack seems a simple terrorist attack managed by ISI and allies. But if think being blind then there could be blast in your mind that is it possible ?.
During period of August to September it was clear that Terrorist are caged just like cheese in sandwich in area of Afghanistan. One side UN and US forces are hitting their targets and other side Pakistan Army is attacking on them. Now they have one and only one option to save themselves that any how create a safe passage either of side. Afghan side it was not so simple but Pakistan side it can be managed.
Mumbai attack fulfill all the requirements of all terrorist family :
1. Pak army diverted and now they are focusing on Indian border. Operations in Kabaili areas are weakened. Al quida has a way to spread their militants in Pakistan, POK, Nepal, Bangladesh.
2. ISI was planning for a major attack such that it seems a revenge of Marriott Hotel Attack.
3. LeT wants a thrilling activity to show their presence in Indian Terrorism.
4. D Company found it very painful to operate in Mumbai until the few police officers are alive in service - Karkare, Kamte and Salaskar and few others. Now only Rakesh Maria have capability to track and hit the D Company.
I do not want to create a doubt but killing of Karkare, Kamte and Salaskar was not just a co incident. It seems to be planned. NCP chief Sharad Pawar was blamed several times for his links with D Company. If you put in mind list of Political conspiracies then it could not be denied.
5. Pakistan Government was in a great financial trouble and they were searching an issue to divert peoples mind. War like situation with India is one of the best option.
Do India Need NIA ?
I think No. Actually existing Agencies are much capable to carry out their operations iff Government let them to work.
No one will dare to accept but PMO and NSA is responsible for entire failure. They have to track the provided intelligence information in both side - its refinement as well as action taken. PMO failed at both end.
NIA is going to be another white elephant tool for IASs to earn money. What i heard / read about its draft it have no real base for its objective. We do not need another investigative agency rather we need " a seperate independent agency to look after Indian benefits in all areas having capability to Process incoming information and producing a clear cut action plan and power to execute it beyond geographical boundaries."
