Its best example in Uttarakhand where they had looted more than 50000 cores in name of NGO’s and most of them under direct/indirect control of this cartel.

6.         Another reason for this theory is that having more than 50% resources why Asia and Africa are unstable, terrorism prone, undeveloped.
