1.       We are tracking TV and News papers for since 1990 and the objective was to know the net impact on society, nation etc and how a man can manipulate mind set of people using modern information tools and it was termed as “MIND GAME”.

2.       In 1989-1990 Rajeev Gandhi came to Allahabad with his wife Soniya Gandhi. We with my friend Devendra Deo Tripathi(DDT) alias Ram Tripathi(RT) saw him at Indian Press Chauraha(IPC). Suddenly we and Rajeev watch each other and at same my mind clicked that “He was going to die, please save him”. I told this only to my friend Ram Tripathi. Later on we forget it but when Rajeev Gandhi was killed I was shocked. After that there is someone who is trying to keep me silent. Whenever we tried to talk always some causality happen, or someone in my touch had been killed. Since then it became a KAIZEN process.  Some time by physical message, some time by media and some time by “KALA JADU”. The way my son gets injured assured me about this KALA JADU and one of your UP Police Inspector Mr. K.K.Dubey R/o of Vill. Dubaval, Kakara, Durvasha, Allahabad is also working on same “KALA JADU” line against some Tantrik Kandarp Narayan Mishra(KNM).

3.       The root of this mind game lies in TV and news papers and it was already proven in Egypt, Libya and Tunisia case. Even it was highly used in Anna Hazare and Arvind Kejariwal issue.

4.       It is stated that by same mind game a girl came in my life during 1994-95 in Rewa, Gupta Hostel where we went for MP-PMT exam. There was a student from Satna whos pet sentence was “AA HA” later on same word came in film “Ham Apke Hai Kaun”  and later on he was identified as Afjal Guru. In Dehradun commercial tax department same word “AA HA” was spoken by one officer Mr. Pradeep Srivastava later on he was identified as Singh Sahab residing with Rajesh Singh Chauhan, my neighbor. One AC Hema Bisht identified as Kandarp Srivastava neighbor.

5.       In year 1995 by same mind game the REWA girl again came in my life as girlfriend Renu Pandey D/o Shri G.N.Pandey. She is Sister in Law of Mr. Vivek Kumar Chaturvedi my neighbor and now he is identified as Shyam Jee Tripathi, Anglo Bangali Inter college English teacher and Son in Law of Late Major K.K.Tripathi, Maths teacher from CAV inter college. During conversations when Renu came to know that Rajeev murder case was related to me, suddenly a property dealer Raju Upadhyay(identified as G.N.Pandey / Dr. Shree Prakash Mishra)) adds another colony to our colony. Before it the layout of my colony was “OM” and after it became “OMR”. At same time my maternal uncle Dr. Sri Prakash Mishra came to our home and we went to meet Dr. R.P.Dubey Lecturer, Principal and Director for marriage of his son Abhimanyu Dubey with my 4rth sister Vinita Shukla.

6.       After changing “OM” to “OMR” the Mind Game started signaling to stop relationship with Girl friend Renu Pandey because I have to marry daughter of a Teacher and the son born will be holy.

7.       Sir, because entire episode was related to Rajeev Gandhi murder case that’s why I was forced to move on this PLAN and keep calm about happening around me. Second the feed was that they are SPG.  But now it’s clear that this game was played by some Politian’s to protect them from Rajeev Gandhi Murder Case.

8.       On 07/07/2003 our relationship closed. 773 means SST i.e. Shyam Shankar Tiwari who was ex teacher in CIC and Rape case accused. Later on its clear that Shyam Shankar Tiwari is living as Radhey Shyam Chaturvedi. At that time the feed was that MY AI WILL BE WITH RENU PANDEY (IPS) and she will act using my MIND. By same mind game in 2005 “Return Mail Tracker” (RMT) message was given and I went to Dehradun. In Dehradun I joined “Data Logics” replacing Manish Ratauri (MR). Meaning of Data Logics is that the separate both the DATA and LOGIC. After doing that the Mind Game was started getting naked. Same was passed by me through Nagar Nigam Dehradun Accounting Software, for one day system was hanged due to nonpayment but next day it was normal. You tracked it just because I had given you source code neither you are blank. Just relate it to Radisson Hotel Delhi case where two Britishers caught hacking ATC signal.

9.       In Data Logics we got order to provide Total IT Support to World food Program Seminar Organise in Madhuban Hotel, Dehradun (Owner Manu Kochar – Sunil Bharati Mittal – Gyan Burnawal) and the seminar was inaugurated by the then CS R.S.Tolia. In seminar for each question coming in my mind one of Uttarakhand secretary Smt. Radha Raturi pointed Mr. Tolia. In Seminar few faces are noticeable because now they are identified- Prashant Verma, the AIIMS doctor suspended by Dr. Harshvardhan mapped to Laxmi Nivas Mittal, One SBI employee daughter Pooja identified as Sajia Iqbal / Kiran Dubey, Sweta Singh identified as Ritu Garg. One lady Mrs. Bhatia the then ADB chairman’s wife identified as Sukshama Sharma / Mena Pandey / Ghaziabad Kapoor uncle wife.

10.   At that time Uttarakhand CM was Khanduri Sahib identified as Balbeer Singh / Balbeer Chacha from Rampur, friend of Mr. A.N.Saxena, my friend Nishit Kumar saxena Father. Now Nishit Kumar Saxena is identified as Kaustub Srivastava.

11.   On 04/06/2006 by same mind game I got married with Samata Dubey D/o Dr. R.P.Dubey for a time period of 10 years. Till Mumbai attack 2008 I was sure that everything was as per plan. But the message interpreted by Mumbai Attack was shocking because it clearly sent a message about my AI. “MY LIFE IS A MESSAGE ABOUT CONSPIRACIES AGAINST INDIA” and 1962 WAR is main message and after this marriage the entire relationship structure was changed and a hoax environment was created so that all messages have been getting destroyed. In 2006 an Earthquake came in Dehradun. At that time I was working on computer and suddenly my mind gets blank and Kir-Kir, after that monitor fluctuates, I told this to my then boss Mr. Kriti Sharma and only he was aware about this incident. After that suddenly I was getting surrounded by some suspicious people at last I Left the Job and started tracking my AI.

12.   In 2008 by Mumbai Attack the message came the everything is around “RAIL LINE (RL)”, Allahabad Agriculture Institute (AAI). It was Ashish Srivastava with whom we went to AAI first time and met to Mr. Vinod Lal. It was around 1993-94 for Ashish Srivastava BSc AG admission. One point is also important that my Maternal Brother P.K.Mishra had a court case against AAI for admission in BTech. And the AAI had admitted him after High Court order. The case was managed by My father and my maternal brother Satish Chandra Mishra. On submission of court order Mr. R. Lal had quoted that this order was written as a personal case.

13.   After 2008 I caged myself in only closed relatives just to track the messages. After a long period of time we are sure that my AI was related to my either my wife or my younger sister in law Manjula Shukla. Now I am fed by this game because you use my life for case, you used my sister Baby marriage for case and now my Brother Anjul marriage for case. After analyzing all the happening and involvement of several state police and Central agencies I had taken the control of entire case and started writing directly to PMO. After that they had injected a Chip in my brain to read my mind. Though same was already with me and I was tracking that but this incident proved that I am on right track. Again proof is Renu Pandey.

14.   The Entire mind game was played with me and my family and no one is ready to take responsibility. Someone passed that it is RAW, some say IB, some MI, some SS and some say ISI, some say CIA some say KGB. Sometimes they say it was done just for your security. But the question is that who ordered to play this game with me that for 1^st 10 years a girlfriend, for next 10 years a Wife and then again Girl Friend and “THE NET RESULT IS MY ENTIRE LIFE EXPLOITED”.  Even after I complained to PMO, CS, President no action was taken.  Even I phoned to 7RCR that China may attack but even though no one contacted me till date. Yester day again Ranjeet Sinha stated that investigation is going on please wait. Mr. Ranjeet Sinha is attached with me since 1992 and after 25-30 year still investigation on. Only then President Mrs. Pratibha Devi Singh Patil had passed one message that we are with you and all the issues will be cleared through Media.

15.   “The Entire play is to shield and divert the Rajeev Gandhi murder cases”. Hence a joint investigation should be conducted and appropriate action must be taken against accused in this game. My issue is that if my AI is with Renu Pandey IPS then what she did in last 10-12 years please give me certified proof. If not then with whom My AI was / is attached and what he/she is doing with it. On complaint the entire injected team started declaring me Mad or Tantra -  Mantra. The group is related to circle around me and Dr. Sri Prakash Mishra. One of his uncle Mr. Thakur Prasad Shastri was killed in village but now he is alive and playing around me. One of Ojha in Naini was my wife Samata’s uncle Chaubey ji. One of his brother Sangharsh Dubey identified as Meena Pandey living in my house as Meera Singh who is actually Mahesh Narayan Singh, the SP MLA from Handia. He met me in Delhi Kalra Hostel as Vishal Ojha, a freelance journalist.  He is one who met me in Jagriti Hospital with Dr. R.P.Dubey (after death), Preeti Saxena, Rachana Burnawal having Snake tattoo in left hand wrist.

16.   If entire game was to secure me then how it can be possible someone tried to attack me in Dehradun and immediately I complained to 7RCR in HINDI. Hence it’s my humble request that please take immediate action.

17.   I complained the entire game to president letter no. PRSEC//E/2011/13781, in response to my RTI President Secretariat replied that letter was forwarded to MHA on 29/09/2011. On 11/03/2013 that no such letter was received. Now the question is that where it went and who is responsible for it?

18.   One of my friend Mr. Sidharth Srivastava (identified as Ashok Gitte / Sai Girdhar’s Brother) told me that BIG D i.e. Dawwod Ibrahim had circled you / covered you. Hence it’s my humble request that please lodge FIR immediately and take immediate action so that my family members and relatives could be saved and the real conspirators of Rajeev Gandhi murder case could brought to justice.

Hence once again we request you that please lodge FIR and investigate the entire issue and give me and my family justice.

1.       From childhood I was witnessing same issue that people come in my life for few days, then they disappear, after some time they again return with a new identity. For example yesterday I identified that Mr. Sadanand Gauda, Current Union Rail Minister and Mr. Madhu Koda both are either SAME or CLONE.

2.       Same game was still going on. I wrote to 7RCR/PMO regarding this issue that “PEOPLE MIGHT BE INJECTED TO INCREASE THE GAP BETWEEN HINDU AND MUSLIM”.

3.       If you track my entire family structure then automatically you will identify all such dual faces and all such INJECTED people. This game was first signed around 1984, a police encounter case with Chhangu Yadav of my village Palikaranpur, Chhibaiya.

4.       After the Badminton Racket Tuta(BRT) in Allapur and the police encounter of Raju Bhatnagar opposite to Traffic Police Line. At that time the landlord was Mr. Trilochan Singh R/o 1B/1K Baghambari Gaddi Road, Allapur Allahabad. Just around this incident my second sister was married with Mr. Lok Nath Mishra R/o Vill. Barchanpur, Kalandar pur, Soraon, Allahabad.  Today it had been confirmed that he is a fake identity man and keeping  in Mind the message passed by “SPICE GIRL BAND” and MISSION IMPOSSIBLE films it seems a BRITISH GROUP is acting in India.

5.       Just after issue of Rajeev Gandhi murder case my third sister was married with Mr. Daya Shankar Shukla R/o Vill. Taddipur, Tharwai, Allahabad. His entire family structure is fake and they are also related to Lok Nath Mishra.

6.       From Allapur to today entire game was scattered in my own family and played by using Judava/ Clones / Hamshakls. First it was assumed for security purpose but today it is cleared that it is a dirty game.

7.       I am sure about this mind game because today it is found that my former Girl friend Renu and my wife Samata both related to each other. My wife not came to resides as my wife.  She was just here for his mission.  Its proof is that from day one to till date she was concern about only her research, her  family and career and fortunately both are fake. After marriage she was busy in his father health, then brothers marriage, then BHMS in Gormi Bhind, then Pharmasyst cource in Phaphamau, Pharmasyst cource in Lucknow and now Pharmasyst cource in Chanakya college Sultanpur. She was never serious about family. She went to Bhind leaving his own 1 month son in Allahabad.

8.       I am sure about this mind game because one of my friend Nishit Kumar Saxena, R/o ADA Colony, Ramghat Road, Aligarh. His entire family is spread around me with fake identity.

9.       Two of my friends Ashish Kumar Srivastava and Sandeep Kumar Tiwari are also involve in this game. Both are related to my Girl friend and current wife.

10.   On 08/07/2014 my wife had cleared that she is daughter of retired CAV, Allahabad Math teacher and Retired Maj. K.K.Tripathi and his family is around me and my wife is a BAHURUPIYA. Wife of Mr. R.M.Mishra my neighbor resembles to late Maj. K.K.Tripathi. Yester day my wife showed yellow polythene on bed, just after she went my left back ribs were stretched.

11.   After my marriage my younger sister was got married with Mr. Sunit Tiwari, R/o ADA colony Naini.  My younger brother got married with Manjula Shukla R/o Ajwaiya, Naini, Allahabad. Both families have fake identity and both are related to my wife Samata and former Girl Friend Renu.

12.   I was calm till date just because I had feed 0f meaning of 7RCR. RC=RG=RS. Mr. Rajeev Gandhi is alive and living as Mr. Radhey Shyam Chaturvedi.  In Project IGI Volcano game, in CORE Indira Gandhi was located.

13.   Dawood Ibrahim Kashkar’s sister Haseena Parker is also involving this mind game. She is my former Girl Friend, Brigadier Shashi Dhar Dubey’s Father in Law, Satish Pandey of Mijhuara, Sikandara, 0n 22/07/2014 in Dainik Jagaran with Soniya Gandhi in Navy Blue Salwar Suite, A muslim women met  to Chief Secretary Uttar Pradesh.

14.   Three friends met in Capital Computers and one of them again came in my life as a sales man Mr. Bhadauriya to my neighbor Vivek Chaturvedi. One of them came as Dr. Abhimanyu Dubey and another as a Bengali Waiter. One of Accountant of Capital computers a Haryana man again came in my life as Sunder Lal Garg in Dehradun.

15.   Entire game was played for marriage with a teacher’s daughter and the beneficiary of this mind game is Samata Dubey/ Samata Shukla who is located as my neighbor’s family member.

16.   One of my neighbors Mr. Vinod Srivastava Advocate had been located as Yadav Doodh wala from Daraganj who had supplied milk around 1987. He is an OS and living as man. His family members include Sushil Tiwari my 4rt Brother in Law, Ashish Srivastava etc.

17.   One of my neighbors Mr. Santosh Singh Kuchehary Clerk had been located as Neeraj Dwivedi of Chitrakoot, Narendra Sharma of Sahibabad and Pappu Pandey of Allapur, B.P.Singh of Allahabad Bank.

18.   My wife and Former Girl Friend both are related to Mr. Sai Girdhar Dwivedi who had been again located in Chaturvedi and Dwivedi family.

19.   My one neighbor Mr. R.P.Tiwari is the center point of the game played with me.
